Returns and Exchanges

Shobhi’s Return and Exchange policy only applies if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. We don’t accept returns. However, products can be exchanged or store credits can be issued.

Product Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective product, it’s essential to let us know within 7 days of receipt. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will either exchange the product or provide store credits for the equivalent amount.

Exchange Policy:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for an exchange. To initiate this, simply contact us via phone, Whatsapp, or Email using the contact details provided below. Ensure you pack the item securely so that it doesn’t get damaged during transit. Follow the instructions shared with you by our representative.

We adhere to the following policies:

Notification Time: Please notify the company within 7 days of receipt if you receive a damaged/defective product. We might request you to share a snapshot at hello@shobhi.com.
Product Condition: All items for exchange must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched promptly after the exchange request is raised.
Item Inspection: Any item received by us that doesn’t meet the conditions mentioned will be returned to the customer at their expense. Store credits will not be issued in such cases.
Self-shipped Items: For all self-shipped exchanges, please use a reliable courier service. In situations where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship items to Shobhi.com. Upon quality check, an amount of up to Rs. 500 will be reimbursed to the customer’s account as store credit to cover shipping costs.
Customized Products: Items made specifically to your requirements will not be eligible for exchange.
